Fantastic stay!

I was greeted warmly and professionally by the front desk staff upon arrival. they were attentive to every detail! a lovely surprise awaited me in the room as i found a complimentary bottle of wine. the room was super clean and well kept. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.

An Acceptable Stay

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The room was clean and organized. Breakfast offered a good selection of items.
My room was not as depicted in the pictures online. The window was small and let in little light. I found some ants in the bathroom and even on the bed.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
constant noisehot air
My room faced a busy street. Sleep was difficult because of the constant noise, I swear. The air conditioning unit barely cooled the room. It mostly just blew around hot air, it did. The hotel seemed to care more about appearances than actual comfort. I expected more tranquility and better amenities for the price, frankly. Getting real rest proved impossible.

The receptionists, Aika and Kate, were helpful! I received some welcome treats from the staff . The location is super near several tourist spots, made my exploration really easy!
I booked a twin room, but I received a double bed. I hope the hotel can confirm room types before guests arrive to avoid this.

The staff was helpful. I received a welcome bottle of wine. The room was clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the views it provided.
The room I received was not the room I booked. It had twin beds instead of a double bed. It was also difficult to access and required going up and down stairs.

the staff were super friendly. i received a warm welcome upon arrival. the hotel also provided a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, it was a nice touch. the view from my room was very beautiful.
the facilities and the rooms have nothing to do with the pictures. the building is very old and not well maintained, i heard all the noises other people make around me. the bathrooms are old, and the furniture are old too.
